Alison Ranney
Alison P. Ranney has been involved with Wintrust for two decades and currently serves on the board of directors of Wintrust Bank. She is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, the global executive search and leadership advisory firm.
Alison specializes in leading CEO and corporate board searches for mission-driven clients. Alison has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
